As it has now been almost two weeks since our mobile home was delivered, I am only just finding the time to get in touch with you again and thank you for the smooth process.

Your team did a brilliant job, particularly in their collaboration with the crane company – I’d like to pay them a big compliment here.

As the mobile home had a total weight of just 4.7 tonnes, the mobile crane (120 tonnes + 45 additional ballast) was able to lift the mobile home over a distance of 30 metres without any further problems and make a precision landing in the ‘drop zone’. Fortunately, manoeuvring with the tractor was then no longer necessary.

To fulfil your request, I am pleased to enclose a CD containing footage of the entire loading process, filmed from various camera angles.

This spectacular operation has already attracted a number of visitors, whom we will be happy to refer to you should they be interested.
